Purpose of these terms: the Website

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website means the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, that is, the navigation tree; all the elements integrated into the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, the “Contents”); and any online services or resources offered to users (hereinafter, the “Services”), such as concert information, the contact form or the newsletter subscription.

Poniente Live reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Contents and Services it may include. The User acknowledges and accepts that Poniente Live may at any time interrupt, deactivate or cancel any of these elements or access to them.

Access to the Website is open and free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the User’s internet access provider.

Use of some Contents or Services of the Website, such as the newsletter or new-concert alerts, may require prior subscription or registration by the User.

Accessing, browsing and using the Website confers the status of User, which means that, from the moment browsing begins, the User accepts all the Terms set out here and any subsequent amendments, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory legislation. Given their importance, the User is advised to read them each time they visit the Website.

The Poniente Live Website provides information about the concert series, its artists, dates, venue and services. The User is responsible for making proper use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:

• Using the information, Contents, Services and data offered by Poniente Live in a way that is not contrary to these Terms, the law, morality or public order, or that may in any other way harm the rights of third parties or the operation of the Website itself.
• The truthfulness and lawfulness of the information provided by the User in the Website’s forms to access certain Contents or Services. In any case, the User shall immediately notify Poniente Live of any event that allows misuse of the information registered in those forms, such as theft, loss or unauthorised access to usernames or passwords, so that they can be cancelled immediately.

Mere access to this Website does not create any kind of commercial relationship between Poniente Live and the User.

Always in compliance with current legislation, this Website is aimed at all persons, regardless of age, who can access or browse its pages. The conditions of access for minors to each concert are stated on the concert page and in the terms of purchase.

Concert information and ticket sales

Information about artists, dates, times, prices and services published on the Website is for guidance only and may change for reasons beyond Poniente Live’s control or for organisational reasons. Poniente Live will try to keep it up to date and will announce relevant changes on the Website itself.

The Website does not sell tickets directly. Tickets are sold through external ticketing platforms, which the User reaches via a link. Each purchase is governed by the series’ terms of purchase and by the terms of the relevant ticketing platform. Poniente Live recommends buying tickets only through the official channels linked from this Website.

Likewise, Poniente Live does not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, truthfulness, validity or legality of websites not owned by it that can be reached through the links, nor does it review or control their content, or approve, examine or endorse the products, services, contents, files or any other material on them.

Poniente Live accepts no liability for any damage or harm arising from access to, use, quality or lawfulness of the contents, communications, opinions, products and services of websites not managed by Poniente Live that are linked from this Website.

Any User or third party who creates a hyperlink from another website to the Poniente Live Website must be aware that:
